Neobanks are financial technology or fintech firms that offer financial services only online and do not have physical branches. These entities appeal to tech-savvy consumers who don't mind managing most of their money through a mobile app.
There are cards without commissions abroad, but these are not usually the ones given by traditional banks such as ING, Banco Santander or BBVA, with commissions of between 3 and 5% plus other costs for paying in another currency or withdrawing money of ATMs.
